7045 not cranking

Looking at buying a 7045 and we are currently trying to get it to run. Has been sitting for 2 years. At first the starter would click but now it doesnt do anything. It did start to crank over when we hit the solenoid but never got it to do it again. The other guy tried starting it with battery charger on start and his pickup connected to it thought maybe something tripped. I have seen a forum where they say the circuit breakers is on right side behind engine but not exactly sure what I looking for new to this tractor I will try to post a picture the post isnt letting me

You have dead batteries OR bad connections at the battery cables (both ends) OR a bad starter/starter solenoid. You should be able to jump it at the starter solenoid and make it crank. Quit worrying about anything else until you make it run. There's also a safety switch on the clutch pedal.

Batteries are new. Before we got it to crank on its own a little with the weak battery

OK fine. You still have bad connections or a starter that has issues.

Thank you we took the starter apart and cleaned it up and it runs
