well, a very old thread, but if for some reason someone still read it, it would be a very good idea to connect a pressure gauge to the pressure line between the pump and the valve block. Just to see if there is a difference in the pressure depending on which valve is operated, or if it is the same pressure. The same pressure and of course a low one will indicate a worn pump, or leaking safety valve, most likely. A different pressure depending on which valve is operated very often indicates a leaking cylinder seal.
