Working on other backhoes I would be lost if not for the online parts catologs that I have found for Ford , Case, and international ..so is there the same online parts catolog for AC? thanks

Look at my reply in your post "AC 615 Industrial front pump" from last Thursday. I gave you a link to Minnpar's website where some of the AC industrial parts catalogs are.

The AC industrial equipment was merged with Fiat before being dropped, AGCO didn't keep it so those books are not on the AGCO site. Minnpar has some of the industrial catalogs available on their site to use and they sell parts for some of the industrial equipment.

Www.agcopartsbooks.com, but I'm not sure it covers their construction equipment. They sold that off to Fiat, so you might try that route.

A company called "Continental Diversified Sales" kept the AC backhoe line going for a while after AC died. So I'm wondering if Fiat never picked it up?

At tractorparts.com I just found a parts manual for the AC/CDS 715. The manual says "Continental Diversified Sales", Minneapolis Minnesota. The pictures of the tractor show Allis Chalmers. So I don't know if you might find anything you need there.

That could be. Some of the parts catalogs on Minnpar's site are titled CDS_Allis_Chalmers_---.
