WD45 Pulley Cover seal leak

I have a WD45, no pulley, but a metal plate covering the hole and on the other side of the frame rail is an old gasket. Both are leaking. Ive taken the 3 bolt cover plate off and spilled the hydraulic oil. I see the seal I need between the clutch housing and frame rail. But where do I get these 2 gaskets?
Ive had no luck on eBay, my Manuel doesnt mention it, just pulley settings. And Ill take any advise on how to install the seal between the frame and housing.

Tracker 1961. call Welters, in Verona Mo. in the morning, and ask the lady who answers the phone, if they have them. More than likely they will. They always have off beat Allis stuff, I need. their ph# is 417 498 6496. They will ship it to you, along with a bill, and you can send the payment later.
 
The correct cover is a stamped steel plug shaped like a small square cereal bowl that requires no bolts. A flat plate with bolts was discontinued in 1949 on the WD because it leaked all the time. No gasket needed except in the groove between the side frame and torque housing. The best gasket I have ever used is a piece of rubber fuel line or vacuum hose from an automotive store. I wish I could tell you what size, but the plug/cover has to fit snuggly into place so it won't pop out. Place the cut mark at 12 oclock and it seals better than the OEM gasket does.
 
Thank to you both for the reply. My WD 45 was made in 1954. So I dont know were the plate came from. Also the clutch works fine, TILL Im running the brush hog. Then with the clutch in the tractor will still drive, till I brake hard. I have to time my stops. Why is that.
 
If the foot clutch is worn out or weak, that is what happens when loaded heavily. There MUST be 2 inches minimum freeplay in the foot clutch pedal !! or that will make it slip too.
