D17 Series IV Hydraulic and Power Director Drain Points

My understanding is that a there is a common system with one fluid fill point to the left of the gearshift, but I see 2 drain points side by side. Are they both for this system?

I am draining and replacing fluids and filters on the tractor.

One drain plug directly down from the foot clutch pedal on the left. The other is down from the hydraulic pump on the right side. Both take 1 1/8" wrench. Don't lose the gaskets on each drain plug. Will take at least 5 gallons to refill. Change the filter under the battery too.
