Allis C Water Pump Replacement

I'm having a hard time finding a replacement water pump that will fit the pump pulley for my 1945 Allis C. Part #79016821 is supposed to work, but the flange is too wide to fit inside the pulley housing, and
that seems to be the only one available. See the photo comparison below. Any ideas?

It should fit, you may have to rotate it as you fit it into the pully. If all else fails, use the grinder.

I replaced the water pump on my wd45 last fall and had a hard time to find a pump. you need to adjust the water pump pulley to fit the belt. check those hubs with a caliper to make sure they are the same. may need to fine tune it with a flapper disc. plus make sure its the same bolt pattern. why didn't you replace that rotten old hose with some new ones.
