I am trying to find some info on my magneto. I have two one when turned by hand turns with no resistance. The other you really have to put alot of torque to turn it. Nothing is rusty so I am not sure what the problem. I have had the tractor running on the hard turning one but had to use the electric starter to get it started. It even takes a while to get it to start. Any help I would appreciate. Thanks.

if the impulse coupling is working it will be hard to snap it by hand.

I work on them as a hobby. The one needs help on the impulse & the other may need
