WC Mag setting and testing

Having trouble getting our 37 WC started.
Can someone give me what the gap should be for the points in the magneto? Its an RV4B.
Also when putting the cover back on, the brushes keep wanting to fall out of position. Is there a trick to this?

Lastly - is there a test that can be run to confirm the mag is working?
 
When you turn the engine over, you should hear a definite click, meaning the impulse is working. To check spark, remove all the plug wires, hold your hand over the end of the mag, and turn the engine over. Should get a nice jolt!
 
Plug wires come out the top not the end. Those mags have a condenser that is obsolete, But I have found a replacement that works. Coil may need to be rewound too.
