I need to rebuild my AC 200 rear lift (3pt) cylinder,
Anyone know of a good source for the kit?
Anyone have procedures to rebuild?
Thanks Jay

IDK if they have a "kit" per se , but Baum Hydraulics in Omaha would more than likely have what you'd need for a rebuild.

I've rebuilt the lift cylinders for a D17sIV and have all the part numbers if that would be of any help. PM me if you want the list/diagram

How difficult of a job was it to replace the seal and wiper?
Thanks

A model 200 tractor lift cylinders are nothing like a D-17 s4 tractor. I'd be very surprised if Baum Iron had a kit, but good luck. Difficulty to install? Not so bad. Remove hydraulic fitting from the barrel and reach inside and pop the snap ring down into the deep groove while rotating the shaft and pull the shaft out of the barrel. Replace the seals and reverse the procedure. Can be done in chassis if you can't get the lower pin removed, which is probably the case.

Not sure how close a 200 cylinder is to a 185, I took mine to a guy who works on cylinders he replaced mine for $85 bucks labor
and all.

Same design, but different length and how they mount. Seal kit is the same between a 185 and 200 as the rams are the same diameter.
