Does a Allis B have two clutches?

I friend of mine claims there are two clutches on a Allis B. I have to say I don't remember two but it's been awhile since I've worked on one.
Thanks,
David

No, the B has one clutch on the engine to drive the transmission. When you disengage the clutch, the transmission is disengaged.. and its top shaft that spins the PTO and hydraulic pump in disengaged. You don't have to be IN GEAR to have the PTO and hydraulics work, but you have to let out the clutch and have it engaged.

Yeah, to someone who didn't know or who saw the tractor from a distance a CA would look like a B and they had two clutches.

he might be thinking of the WD model which has the foot clutch and hand clutch. hand clutch to keep the pto running when disengaged.

Thank all of you for the information. I have had to be away for awhile, my youngest sister is very sick and have been down seeing her.
It is a "B", I have worked on it years ago installing a new starter ring gear. I have looked at diagrams and never saw two clutches on a b.
A friend of mine who owns the tractor said a guy at his work is going to fix his clutch. He told him that it has 2 and he can't get the second or rear one out....???
Thanks
David

I wonder if someone put CA final drive housings on it. That'd get the CA hand clutch on one. If they bolt up...
