How do I get the belt pulley off?
There is a big nut and lock washer
I removed those and pulley still
won't move. Is it just pressed on?
Or spun on threads? Thanks

Pulley is mounted on a tapered shaft. With the nut and lock washer removed, a good smack on the back side of the hub should knock it off. There will be a square key to catch.

I can't remember if you can get a swing at it, but if you can protect the end of the shaft[thread nut back on/etc] a smack on the end of the shaft might be most effective, especially if you can fashion a puller against it.

The early B's had a solid cast iron pulley on a smaller shaft. Later B's had a steel pulley on a bigger shaft. As I recall, there are some holes in the steel pulley which facilitate putting some bolts through, with a plate across the end of the shaft, to make a puller.

The stamped steel pulleys are easy to bend out of round. I get a bar of steel behind the hub and whack it after applying a bit of heat. I don't think I ever took pictures when removing them.

(quoted from post at 19:14:20 09/14/19) I see where it says use a puller
to remove PTO shaft. I just need
to remove belt pulley.

To clarify. Yes, the first sentence of that section is about pulling the shaft with pulley on it. The second sentence is about pulling the pulley from the shaft. "Remove the nut, retaining belt pulley to belt pulley shaft and pull belt pulley from shaft." To me that indicated it is not threaded on the shaft and that a puller, or other force, is needed to remove the pulley from the shaft, regardless if the shaft is in place of not, as others are posting.
