WD 45 Radiators

Did WD 45 original radiators come with the upper outlet tilted to the left (from Drivers seat). I took mine to outlet who has been replacing WD45 rads for years and never saw one like mine. He says it looks like someone welded it that way. My upper hose was perfectly straight. If the upper outlet on replacement radiator is no tilted but straight, do i just try to find a hose that will fit?

That's what happened for me as well. The aftermarket rad had the upper pipe coming out straight and I could no longer use the original hose. I had to try a couple of different flex hoses from NAPA before I got one that works. I'm away from home for a couple of days but if I can get the number off the right flex hose I'll post it here once I'm back home.

The temp gauge should be centered in the opening in the hood and the hose neck should line up with the engine connection. They can be soldered in not in proper alingment, the radiator shop that did mine got it off a bit and the gauge isn't straight. The fitting in the radiator has a strut that goes to the front of the tank and is soldered there as well as the back, makes the whole thing stronger.

I checked the tag on the upper flexible hose on my tractor. Part of the numbers are missing. The Napa number is NBH FF ... , it should have three digits after the FF. By carefully measuring the length it appears to be 10.5 inches and of course the diameter is 1.5 inches. Whatever parts outlet you are dealing with should be able to find the right appliation by the dimensions. I hope this may help somewhat.
