Part identification

I thought his was a drawbar for a wd45 but unsure what it fits. Can anybody tell me for sure what it is called and what it fits and an estimated value. Thanking in advance

I don'know what it is but the tops of the parts with the chains on them look like they would go in the lift arm latches on a WD or 45.
 
I switched one of those cultivators over to three point hitch. I gave the original snap coupler hitch to a neighbor, who converted it into a sort of two point quick hitch.
 
That is a snap coupler to three point conversion set. Look in Steiner catalog on page 65 and you will see them for anywhere from $440 to $575

Well Bob it looks like you ar spot on with what it is. Is it of any value to a collector. I have no use for it as it s the only thing Allis that I posess but I hate to scrap it if someone needs it.

I still have the cultivator. I don't get any bites on it. Likewise, I hate to scrap it. Maybe if someone is interested in your hitch, they'll want a cultivator to go with it!
