I got this in a box full of parts, I am not a AC pilot but I think this is a AC Mag. Is the broken ear a
deal killer, it takes a bolt ok an no cracks. Whats a rebuilt of this mag worth and or is there any demand ?

Looks usable to me. Ya it maybe not be restore good but how many really restore a tractor.

It is still a usable mag. Around me it would only be worth 25-50 dollars in unknown condition, if you can verify that it makes a good hot spark, then it is worth a 100 dollars or more. Rebuilt mags go for roughly $250 or more. This site offers mags, I do not recall if they are rebuilds or new, and I think they want close to $500, I have not looked them up in a while. Demand comes and goes. Mags are not a quick sale, but some people buy them to restore a tractor back to original. I use mags on my tractors because I know I can get them started without needing to worry about if the battery went dead over the winter or just sitting in general.
