Having problems with rust clogging the inlet on fuel sediment bowl, what is the best way to remove the rust and crude in the tank?
What is a good sealer to use once tank is clean?

Muriatic acid bath and Red Kote. If you are lucky, there is a radiator shop close that will dip it for you.

I know a guy who made a bracket to bolt to the center of the rear wheel on a tractor and the bracket also attached to the rusty fuel tank. He then threw in a couple of handfuls of 1/4"
hex nuts. Drove the tractor around for a while and vacuumed out the rust or power washed it out and let it dry.
