Good evening folks
A friend was asking me how to disassemble his 3 pt cyls because they were pouring hydraulic fluid. I didn't know so I thought I would ask the
experts. He was contemplating just plugging them off but I told him I would ask, hoping that it may not be to bad of job.
Thanks guys

If there's no obvious way to disassemble them, and I think that's the way they are, they're the "Cessna" style like used on many combines. One way cylinder where you remove the one hyd. fitting, reach down through the hole with a screwdriver, and move the snap ring into a lower groove, to enable pulling the piston out. Sometimes they peen up a little ridge, and you really have to get after them to pull them apart. New kit will have just a wiper, snap ring, and "O" ring. Maybe in some a backup ring.
