I have a 180 that while moving snow a couple years ago I lost all hydraulics for my loader as well as steering and the PD. It was low on fluid so I filled it up and still nothing. I ended up rebuilding the pump and changing the filter and everything started working great except the pump would cavitate occasionally. Everything works great in warm weather. Now it is 35 degrees and I started it up to move snow and once again I have no hydraulics and wont move. Fluid is full this time but has turned cloudy like it has water in it. I thought maybe the pump lost prime because I have a small leak on a fitting and it has been sitting for a couple months so I tried repriming the pump but no luck. Could water be causing all these issues? Is there a strainer or screen on the suction piping to the pump that could be gummed up?
