ALLIS-CHALMERS !!! not Allis-Chambers.... A D-15 diesel is somewhat rare and more valuable than a gasoline model. A tractor equipped with a Factory 3 point hitch is always worth more money PROVIDED the hitch is complete and in good working order. Lack of power steering is a big deduct in my opinion. Condition of tires changes thing about $1,000 bucks for new ones. Rotted out rear wheels costs $600 or more to replace them with new wheels. If it jumps out of any gear when traveling down a steep hill with a load pushing it, there is another expensive repair. Obviously if it starts and runs well, it will be worth more than a non-runner. If you think you can restore/refurbish any tractor and make it like new and sell it for more $$$$$ than it cost to fix it up...….good luck with that !!
