What is The normal solution to crack cylinder heads on one of these?Seems to me that finding one is like pulling teeth out of a duckAre there aftermarket ones Or do you repair the old one? It has about 6 cracks in itFour on top of the Energy sales and to going the opposite direction.5 of them don't scare me too much but one of them goes far enough it's almost to the fire ring.

From our shop several heads were sent to the Chapin (IL) machine shop for repair, but never a head from a Buda diesel. They were considered not repairable. We had to install new heads only.

Chapin has changed hands several times in the last few years. I don't know how they are now.I think the guy that owns this thing Would not mind buying a new head But to my knowledge that's not possible is this an incorrect statement?

Just an update. Customer found remain head so good there. Problem now is block. He got a 230 g block. Didn't look like that'll work as a diesel to be. Please correct me if it will. Who can fix block? As far as I know it has to be hot welded.
