Deutz allis 9170 fuel screw

I recently bought a 9170 that is putting out way more power than it should. Was wondering how to turn it down. The p pump is different than what I'm used to seeing.

The full load fuel setting is under the tin cap held by two screws. There will be a threaded rod under the cap with two nuts locked together. Backing the nuts off allows the rod to go forward more at full load. Turning the nuts clockwise limits the rod forward travel for less full load fuel delivery.
