no oil pressure

1955 WD45 changed oil and filter and oil gauge that showed no pressure. new gauge no pressure too. took off gauge started engine oil squirted out of oil gauge hole. sent out for original used oil gauged that worked. no pressure too. weak oil pump ???

Find old filter and pullthe tube sticking out of middle and pull new filter and put tube in center hole in filter base. Put new filter back on and will have pressure.
