D-19 road speed

Anyone know the road speed for a D-19 with 18.4x34s? Also can 38 power adjust rims and tires mount on a 34 cast center? Any special step adaptors like I have on a 4020 to mount 38 rims on 34 centers? Al

16.5 MPH at full throttle with 18.4x34's...Cant help you on the rest...I just bought (3) non running D-19's...

Info I found shows 13.9 MPH with 15.5 X 38 rubber, which is similar to 18.4 X 34 in height. On MF tractors the centers for 38 inch power adjust wheels were not the same as the 34 centers were and 32, 34, and 38 manual centers were all different from the power adjust too. Think AC did the same far as the centers go.

13.9 MPH @ 2000 RPM rated speed with 15.5 x 38 OR 16.9 x 34 tires. Full throttle speed of 2200 RPM yields 16.0 MPH. With the larger diameter 18.4 x 34 tires the speeds are 14.4 MPH and 16.5 MPH respectively.

15.5 x 38 tires are 61.0 inches in diameter........18.4 x 34's are 65.4 inches.....this is from the Firestone tire chart.

Al. they used to make the spacers to do that, I did a couple in the mid 1980's. But I havnt seen any of them for a long time. You might find some at Hutch or the Missouri AC swap meet the first week in March. Have you asked on the Unofficial Allis website? Good luck with your search.

Step down rims are no problem to find. Step down power adjust is virtually impossible to do. If the hub pattern is the same, finding a set of 38" with centers from a bigger machine shouldn't be too hard to do.

A 38 inch cast rear wheel center from a D-19, 190, 200, 7000 or D-21 will fit on that D-19. The axle is 2 3/4" same as an old 190. Just use your current 2 3/4" tapered axle bushing and any wheel center will fit.

I have a set of 38" centers I'd sell for $200
