We used to pull a 15 foot single disc with the WC, so an 8 foot tandem disc would be about right. WC was typically a 2 plow tractor, (2-16) but it depends on your ground. On sandy soil, a 3 bottom might work. Depends how deep you plow as well.
 
And it depends on how the engine has been repaired over the years. I doubt that it's a "WC" anymore. Might be as good as a WD-45 ?? A 2-14's plow was enough where I come from.
