I suppose it would be possible to use the cultivator lift to power a rear lift of some kind. They did use it to raise the back half of the cultivator and listers. You'd need to fab up some brackets that could bolt to the rear axle housing. Might be able to somehow use a complete WD lift assembly. Getting the geometry right would be the trick. Heck, with enough time, money, and steel, you could maybe even get the snap coupler bell under it somehow. Or...you could buy a rough but runs WD for $600 or so and have what you are after in the first place.

If you want a WD rear end just for the lift arms, where are you going to get your hydraulic pump power from??? I'm not sure you've thought this thru......

Aaron, sorry for the delayed reply. I'm gonna go check out some parts next week. I was just curious. It would b nice to have the rear lift. The WC I bought was a good deal. Either way it's still a great and useful tractor. Can't afford another for a while but I might be able to swing a tranny and rear diff

To do what you want you pretty much need form the transmission back from a WD so you would have the hyds and the lift parts. Or you could also build a home made 3 point and use a power steering pump off an old Chev truck for the hyd pump.

Back when they were new there were some compression and HP differences. 60-70 years and multiple overhauls later, who knows what is under the head of each. Why would be the question.

Just put the WC engine in the WD as that is about what you'd end up with anyway

Well any thing can be done if you have a lot of $$ to spend. But as for a direct bolt in swap I maybe wrong but I do not think so due to the fact the transmissions mount different to the rear ends on the 2 of them. I have both WC and WD parts tractor plus a W Speed patrol which is based on the WC and also Have a WD45 and a WD and WD 45 rear end/transmission will swap
