A/C back hoe/parts of pictures

So I was doing some work for a couple of gals today and they have this old A/C back hoe that is good for parts. Not sure what model it is but has a 4 cylinder diesel engine in it was said to have been rebuilt part way not all that long ago but the main bearing where not replace since they could not find them as per what I was told. Had a loader up front at one time but frame has been cut off. It is not far from the Lake of the Ozarks and they would sell it if any body need a parts machine. Bucket on the back hoe is in pretty bad shape unless you want it to let water flow out of it like maybe digging out a pond etc.

Thats an I600 diesel, you should get it of you can,the parts in that diesel are in demand.Same engine as the D15 diesel, its from the Buda line of AC engines and you should be about to get any parts as its the 4 cylinder version of the D19 and D17 diesel.I'd love to have it as I have a I600 gasser with loader but no backhoe think the trucking would be the deal breaker.

No, it isn't. It's the 200 cu in, 4 cyl version of the 301 used in the 180, 190, etc. tractors. I'll never understand why they stuck it in this thing, yet bought Perkins 236 and 248 for farm tractors, before putting the 200 in the 6060 thru 6080.

I know a person could probably pick it up for what ever scrap price would be.

I looked it up on tractor data and it said the D15D and the I60 had the 175 diesel which would be the Buda but the I600 had the 200 engine so whatever that means and I'm taking their word for it.I do know where there is an I600 so I'll check it out next time I'm up that way.

Do not know if this will fill in any blanks as to what it is but it has a Syrdine (sp) injection pump on it. I did not find any data plate on it so could not figure out for sure with it was or get the info to tell you guys what is was

(quoted from post at 15:34:25 10/26/15) I believe you are correct. But this is clearly the newer engine. A little research shows this must be a 615 TLB.

I agree. 175 has injection pump on the LH side....I-60/600 backhoe has a rotary swing cylinder.....this is a newer model. The 615 used the Buda 200, the later 715 used Perkins.

If an when I ever get back there I will have to remember to look for it. Not likely to get over there agai ntill next spring unless something else on there JD breaks down
