37's do not fit/cross over. Wilson makes a reman 35 OEM & it's $300. I'm not interested in that- I can fix mine for $20. Can anyone tell me the KW of the 35's ? I may have found a Denso gear reduction one with 2.5 kw .

A 35mt has been discontinued. You will actually get a 37mt.

That # does not come up as valid on Denso's own website, & google finds nothing as well. Same goes for 6783 which I was told by someone else would work. 6780 & 6781 come up but they are 2.5kw ones off the 200ci 4 cylinders :(

Where/how did you come up with that # ? It is invalid at parts houses also.

Look for a denso unit #028000-6782. That is a gear reduction unit. If you can't find one, post a message for me and I'll see if I can get you one. hth, jstpa

ok so i found Denso #'s 0280006780,81,82,83 all were discontinued & cross to 79003057N, which fits the models 180,185,200,6060,6070,6080,7000,7010,7020,& 8010. What is different about the 190XTIII ? Thanks !

well, the hy-capacity website says the same # Delco replacement they make, #79004832 (replaces 70242143) fits : 180/185,190/190XT, 200,7000,7010,7020,6060,6070,6080,8010,F,G,M combines. in that case it appears the Denso # 79003057N WILL fit, but now i don't know who's right. locally i cannot find a soul who is either capable or willing to figure it out or find a thing. I can order these online, either the 35MT oem style, or the Denso gear reduction replacement. I can also fix the OEM thats on it for $20 in parts but i need a better mouse trap- it sits outside in Fargo ND & only gets used for snow removal so its hard to crank.

Today's Featured Article - A Farmall Restoration Story - What's Been Done So Far - by Sean Brinston. This is a story of my first real tractor restoration. My name is Sean Brinston and I was 15 almost 16 at the time of this.My neighbour directly across the road who I had helped with hay all the time had this tractor sitiing at his house for what I thought was 6 years.
