Treaded manifold allis WD

What is the diameter of the pipe that fits in the treaded manifold that fits an Allis WD? What is the part number of the muffler that is recommended for a treaded manifold?

I think the thread is two inch but unsure. I do know I
have a wd and a wd45 one threaded abd one not and
I run the same muffler on both.

1 1/2 inch pipe. Get a Black pipe. There mentioned for natural gas.
And last longer in a exhaust system. I used a ? Case muffler. You need
a 1 15/16 inlet. 2 inch slightly loose.

The specs on the VAC case say 1 15/16" for the inside diameter, the pipe outside diameter on 1 1/2" is 1.90" so I would that would be a good fit. Does the case muffler sound good with not leaks on the manifold?

If ya want it to sound NICE, get a Nelson or equivalent...anything else would sould crappy on an Allis WD or WD-45...

TSC mufflers are about as bad as they get (sound-wise)..

What is an equivalent brand or close
to nelson?

I have one on a early d17. There is a block off plate halfway threw
the muffler. I used a hole saw to open it up. Sounds good to me.
