If the H-3 series has a direction reverser instead of a power director, is the PTO non-standard RPM; like on the D15 with direction reverser?

The Allis Chalmers Data book does not list a HD4 however the HD3 is 540 RPM. I don"t think 1000 RPM did not come out till much later.
