Was power steering an option on the WD, or not until the 45. Thanks for any replies. Fred Wilke

Factory power steering was first offered as an option on the WD45 in 1956.

Hi,Fred!! How are things in Hanover?? Miss seeing everyone-Far as I know,no WD had factory PS,even the 45"s didn"t have it available until later production. Of course the Char-Lynn units were popular add ons-I have one here now on a s/f WD-45. Bet Fred Lucabaugh could give you a more exact answer of when the factory unit was first offered. Will you be at Canandaigua for the GOTO??

Right now, probably won't make the trip with a tractor. My truck is getting tired. May go up for a visit. Thanks Fred Wilke
