AC Model G - Adding belt pulley drive

If my model G tractor were here I'd just take the side plate off and look, but it's not. So the question is, is the belt pulley drive gear in all model G tractors or would the transmission have to be dismantled and the gear installed in order to add belt pulley drive?

Of course I have been wrong before but I'm sure the gear is in there on all of them and you just add either style pulley attatchments.

Just pull the cover, hammer out a gasket, and bolt her up

Other than the clutch, I take it there is no engage/disengage of the pulley - right? Does the same shaft accommodate both the Vee and flat belt pulleys?
