Yes there was a lever to engage disengage the belt pulley they came with the under slung corn pickers you removed the flat pulley and replaced it with a "v" pulley to run the fans it was a bracket with a grove that bolted on with 2 of the 3 bolts around pulley hole to an angle and an arm that clamped around the pulley housing with a rod coming back above the brake petals you had to set gear back lash then put lever clamp on my father-in-law had one on his WD I wish i had took it off before he traded the tractor off it was nice when you engaged it back lash was always right no check turn-check-turn
