Help with coil setup

Hey;

I installed a replacement 12 volt coil on my Model B
and installed the same as it come out with the -
negative going to the distributor.Now, I see others
with the + going there. So, does it matter ?

Negative ground the coil - goes to distributor
Positive ground the coil + goes to distributor

As the other guy says what ever your ground it that is the side of the coil that goes to the distributor. Yes it matter a tad bit but not very much. The spark will be a tad bit weaker if hooked up back wards
