Our G wouldn't start so I checked the fuel --no problem. Then to check for spark, I pulled the plug wire and inserted a screw driver into the plug wire boot and grounded it to the side of the hood. When I hit the starter it fired right up. Huh, so I but the plug wire back on the spark plug, hit the starter but the engine wouldn't fire.
I'm sure it is a grounding issue but what does it mean when I ground a plug wire and the engine runs?
Thanks, Scott
