Early WC steering wheel

Does anyone make a replacement steering wheel for an Unstyled WC? Or is it the same 3 spoke as a Styled?
 
An early one should have 3 flat spokes and I think a very early one had a steel wheel with flat spokes. A round spoke will fit . I redid mine using a product called plasti-weld and JB weld. It took many hrs. but was a good time waster last winter. There is a place in Minn that recovers them and does a good job. It"s called Minkota or somthing like that. Hopefully someone else will have the right name and contact info.
