Found dual eyelets for power adjust rims.

I saw an old set of these on a wd-45 at the Power From the Past Show in Winamac IN. Unverferth makes a set of eyelets that clamp on to the rim rails to hook the dual bolts too. I just bought them for $13 each to put duals on my wd-45. I thought I"d post in case someone else was looking for a similar solution.

Originally they were called "Pee-Eyes"..

Pretty easy to get the duals on a WD-45 and they make a Whale of a difference on loose ground..!!!

It is even easier than that to put duals on a wd.
The wheels have bevels on both sides of the lug holes, you can put two wheels back to back, then put the wheel bolt through both wheels at the same time. I did this one wet spring for the sap season, it worked fine.
