m-moline diesel 4 star super has a cracked head,, fella offered a runnin wd allis for 350 and the moline ,,what do you fellas think a wd would be worth .?. currently wd has a loader ,it is a hard steering ol gal when loaded and plenbty top heavy on a tricycle frontend , thinkin about puttin that loader on a 730 case if i trade

WD has a high pressure, low volume system, so you need to find low press cyl if you mount it on the case. Lot of running WD"s go $800-1500.

You would be better off fixing your 4 star super diesel or selling it as is to a MM collector. If it has the 182---- serial number, they only made 97 of them. That is a really rare tractor and is worth many times what a WD is worth, even with a cracked head.

Find a way to fix that Moline, the Allis you would be dropping about 15 horse and a 10 year older tractor. Those Molines are worth more in that shap than any WD or WD45 in any condition.
