WD45 hand crank mounting location

Does anyone know where the engine hand crank brackets should be installed on the WD45? I have the brackets but cannot find the locaton in the owners or parts manual. Any help is appreciated. Basil

Right hand fender, below the seat.

Right fender. the loop goes on the front lower fender extension and the L goes on the rear lower fender extension bolt. there is a picture on page 73 of the IT manual. I haven"t left mine on the tractor since kicking it off into the snowblower.
