[b:77d116c915][size=18:77d116c915]I have a allis chalmers G that has had a new clutch installed in late december of 2010. It makes contacted with the fly wheel but slips and stops moving if i take it up a slope. I have tried to adjust it myself but I am out of ideas. Any information would be helpful.[/size:77d116c915][/b:77d116c915]

Did you adjust the fingers on the plate or are you just playing with the rod on the outside?

ve been using the rod to adjust it and it works the best when it is adjusted loose. Iam not sure if iam doing something wrong or if i have a problem when i installed it? Ive only drivein it around for a little over an hour alltogether since i put it in, does it need broken in?

If you didn't adjust the fingers on the pressure plate when the new disc was installed, I'd say that the problem is there. I have a PDF of the service manual if you'd like it just email me.
