Bush Hog model 307 slip clutch adjustment

I need to know the specs for adjusting the slip clutch. It has three bolts w/bellville washers instead of the eight springs. Downloaded a manual from the internet, but it describes the procedure for the "spring" model.

Just loosen it enough that it breaks loose and slips...then re-tighten enough to hold full load..but not any more than that..so it can slip and take the shock-loads out if you hit something solid..
It is important to get it to slip, first, to polish the clutch surfaces and be sure it is not stuck and will not slip...
