Does anybody have a picture of where the release lever for the snap coupler on a '57 WD45 goes? Mine has been missing a long time and I get under it with a screw driver to release the hook. This is getting old and isn't really safe so im going to find a lever to put back on. Thanks for any help.

It mounts on the left side of the shift tower, using one of the tower mounting bolts. Without looking at mine, CRS would say it"s the second bolt from the rear. Chain feeds down to the Snap-Coupler bell, and should be hooked to the correct link so it releases the hook before the latch pedal bottoms out. If you"re unhooking a plow, etc, it helps to back up just a bit and the hook releases easier.
