8070 Wiring Harness?

I have a 1982 Model 8070 Serial #1279 and want to replace the old and brittle wiring harness. I cannot find a supplier for the older style harness. Are there any aftermarket sources for this wiring harness out there? Or does anyone know if the newer style harness will work?

You are addressing a 13 year old post, made by a person who joined that day, made that one post and hasn't been seen since (at least using that user name). Depending on the device you are using, you can hover over, or click on, a user's avatar, beside their post and see when they last were seen (signed in) on YT.

His serial number is in the proper range for a 1982 Allis Chalmers 8070 tractor. What info here makes you say he had a New Holland 8070, which would be a combine, I believe?

There is great info in old posts/threads. Look at the date under the title of the thread and over each post. Unless you have something significant to add to an old thread it is best not to make replies to them, it just adds clutter to the forums and causes irritation to some.
