7045 engine troubles

got a 7045 that got compression in the radiator and water in the oil and water coming out the exhaust when running. and lots of white smoke that smells like burned antifreese. Holes in the liners or other problems? What do you guys think? Thanks.

could be all the above plus liner O-rings does it have a coolant conditioner on it or let me rephrase that one that has been changed recently. I"m thinking coolant conditioners were a add on by a service bulletin on the earlier models.

this tractor had a new head gasket put in last year i forgot to mention.
