correct carb for Allis C 1949 model

I have a Allis C that has a MS tsx259 carb which is wrong I think, and need to know for sure which carb. I need. I think a tsx305 but not sure. Please help. thanks Larry

The 305 was used once in 1941 and I don't see any records of the 259 ever being used on a C.

where is the best place to get a rebuilt zenith?

There are many places selling them.
They run around $150.00.
I but the new Zeniths for $200.00.
I have seen places selling the same carburetor for over $300.00
Give Tony a call at Tony's Tractor.
If Tony doesn"t have what you what he can give you names of places and people that may have something.
Ask him for Steve Barbato's email address at B&B in NJ.
