help! 190 series 3 1969, roosa master injection pump. starts up great then dies in a few seconds or up to a minute. happened suddenly. cleaned tank, sediment bowls, replaced filter, disassembled hand prime pump, removed debris. removed check valve fitting on return outlet of injection pump, looks ok? slowly starves for fuel. Im guessing ? the injection pump has some sort of lift pump/supply pump? thinking this may have failed I installed a 5psi electric pump before the filter with NO EFFECT. i havent moved snow in weeks & now have 2cars stuck in driveway & cant get to work thanks for the input! Im not the wizzard with diesels yet but i do know the basics. I had to start up my poor old R jd in -10 temps to tow it into the shop.
