looking for info on oil levals
on the tranmission, final drive houseing if their
is any (drain plug ?)im assumeing their isn"t also the bull gear housing do you just drop the pan then fill pan to full? can i use the same gear oil 80w-90

If I remember right there are 2 drain plugs one under the tranny/rear end and the other in the PTO housing. Book calls for 20W oil but I use UTF instead in my Cs. As for the bull gear yep drop them to drain them but fill them from the check plug on the side of them I use 85W-140 in my Cs

Universal tractor fluid, Hytrans, or 20 wt oil are all o.k. for the transmission. hydraulics will not work if you install gear lube. In the finals i use 80-90 wt gear lube. Pans must be removed to clean and reseal as you said.
