Allis B Oil Line T

Does the small "T" fitting on the oil line that screws into the head on a B have a removable restrictor or is it just a brass 1/8 inch T fitting? When I took mine off during a valve job, I blew air into the small line going to the governer. At first it appeared very restricted. After blowing both ways on the T and oil line, something blew out and now I have good air flow. I have not started the engine yet, I am waitiung on a carburetor gasket.

Nothing in there. Sounds like some gunk came out.

Isn"t there one in the WD head fitting?
