where can i get one of those gear spliters for my WC? I think they are rare to find, but seen a tractor with it on, like a hi lo add on.

There's a whole WC on Missouri Craig's List with a rare, so he says, Sherman auxiliary transmission. Apparently the rare part is true.

Mine is a three position- when I get it running, I assume it will be low, normal, and high.

JMS/.MN I'm no expert, but the one I drove as a child had the center position as nuteral, so you could raise the cultivator.

That would make sense, acting like the traction release coupling, which can"t be in the tractor at the same time. Do you know anything about the brand it was? Heard them valued at $600, saw one on a pick of the pallet sale, and it went first, for $200 something. Probably only one person knew what it was.

Sorry that was about 45 years ago, and I don't see them very often. The last one I seen was fifteen years ago at a auction. That was back in the twenty five dollar yers.

There has been a wc on the tractor adds for sale that has one in it. Might want to take a look I believe he wanted $1200 for the tractor in Mo.
