WC - Air cleaner

The air cleaner on our 37 WC has no removable piece. It looks like something attached to the bottom by the two studs sticking out the sides of the cylinder.
Is there supposed to be a removable cup on the bottom?

All the pictures in the parts book show oil cups on all of them.
If there was one without a removable cup they are not showing it.

Could it be the cup is missing?
Is the bottom of the air cleaner open?

The bottom has a few holes in it but not what I would consider enough for air to pass. There are three flat pieces of metal hanging down about 3/4" long witha hole in each.
Seems like a cup should go here but not sure.

Here is a page from the AGCO on-line parts book. Just need to click on the air cleaner title on the left side to view the picture. I'm guessing that the cup is missing from yours.
