wc/wd engine swap???

I have a wc with a bad engine sleeve are stuck.I have found a wd with a good engine and bad tran/rearend. will the engineout of the wd fit in the wc thank for any info brent

You can do it, but the WC will stil be pretty limited with no hydraulics and hand brakes. Would it be possible to fix the WD?

WD engine is an easy bolt in swap. It's virtually the same engine with slighty higher compression ratio and it runs about 100 rpm faster. Go for it! Kip

Side by side a WD and WC engine are the same and if one is better then the other it is so small an improvement that for the most part it would not matter. Also a WD45 engine will fit into the WC/WD/WD45 they all use the same bolt pattern on the bell housing and the engine mounts
