I am putting a CA engine back together i know the rods are offset. I can,t find which way the wrist pin lock bolts face or the torque on the bolts. Any information would be appreciated.
thanks.

This picture might help. The torque would want to be around 35 to 40 foot pounds. You can get them tight enough to weaken the rod and cause it to crack and fail.

Proved I can't read. I have read the book I don't know how many times I was missing the rod offset. Rebuilt a B few years back just forgot I guess. Thanks.
